The Best Holiday Desserts
Here’s my list of the best holiday desserts. Everything from cookies to pie, you will not be disappointed.
Nothing says the holidays more than pumpkin. These cookies are easy to make, moist, and so tasty it is impossible to eat only one.
Interested in a fruit filled dessert? This apple, pear, and dried cherry pie is truly delectable. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and you will be in holiday heaven.
I think if Santa had an alternative to chocolate chip cookies, it would be these salted brown butter rice crispies. Even the adults will love these crispies.
Nothing is much better than a classic chocolate chip cookie. These will be devoured by all. I promise.
My all time favorite dessert is this sticky toffee pudding. The dates caramelize creating brown sugar flavor bombs. Topped with a warmed toffee sauce puts this dessert over the top. In a good way.
While these muffins are more of a breakfast item, they are delicious any time of day. They are doused in cinnamon and sugar, making them truly finger licking good. Add a cup of coffee or tea, and you’ll be one happy camper on Christmas morning.
A new favorite cookie of mine. The background flavoring of sesame makes these cookies stand out and truly memorable.
For those who enjoy the combination of almond and fruit, these cookies are perfect for a holiday party. In addition to being easy to make, they are addicting. I suggest trying different jams to see what flavor combos you enjoy.
