Cheese Ball

Who says cheese balls can only be eaten during the holidays?  Not me!  Here is an easy and delicious appetizer that will please the masses.  One of the best parts is that it can be made ahead of time.
Recipe: Cheese Ball
Prep Time: 15 minutes
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup green pepper, mined
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans for rolling, chopped
Combine first 8 ingredients and shape into a ball.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and roll in chopped pecans.
